- We are offering instructors to educate rather than the drivers. They should be regarded as educators.
- We are a goal-oriented organization, we always prioritize goals over time.
- The duration of the driving class is 30 minutes, depending on the package you choose.
- The complete practical driving course consists of 10 sessions.
- Classes will be conducted on alternate days.
- The full fee should be paid in advance, and no refunds will be given. However, 25% of the amount will be deducted.
- No family member of the student is allowed to accompany them during the class. This is in the best interest of the student.
- Pick-up and drop-off services will be provided during the driving lessons.
- Any absences, whether from our side or yours, will not be counted towards the 10 days.
- Sundays and holidays are considered non-working days.
- The time will start when our instructor arrives at your location.
- If you do not wish to attend today’s class, our office must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
- If our car breaks down, the office has the right to cancel one or all of the classes scheduled for that day.
- Students are not permitted to exceed the speed limit of 40 Km/h. If exceeded, only a 12 Km drive is allowed, which can be completed in 15 minutes.
- Students can request a specific route, provided that it aligns with the drop-off location of another student.
- No accessories or jewelry are allowed during the classes.
- Any personal arrangement between the student and the instructor is strictly prohibited. The office is not responsible for any false commitments.

- This is a 10-day contract between the student and us. If the student is unable to meet the required standards, the office is not responsible.
- Students must complete their classes within 1 month. The office is not responsible thereafter.
- Please wear appropriate and closed-toe shoes during all classes.
- If a class is scheduled on a non-working day, an additional 10% fee will be charged.
- Once classes have commenced, they must be completed within 20 days.
